We rate all members by our customers
feedback; Three green stars indicate no negative feedback.

grey star indicates a negative comment or complaint from a
customer.
To
ensure that our members are providing the best service to our
valued customers, we only allow three grey stars, after which the
member is removed from our web site. If
you have a complaint then please contact ourselves or the seller
to try and resolve the problem.
Our
members use various currencies.
However, you can pay using credit card or paypal, which will then
convert the payment into your own currency, and deduct the
converted value from your account. For
currency conversion please click the banner above for 'XE'.
Alternatively, contact us and we will send you a direct paypal invoice
in the currency of your choice.
Please note that we are unable to accept payments in multiple
currencies - if you are ordering items from members who list
different currencies, you will have to order individually i.e. all
items listed in US Dollars can be added to the one shopping
basket, but you will not then be allowed to add an item listed in
Euros - this would have to be ordered separately.
How
to order online:

If you are buying items from only one member
then we recommend you to pay the seller direct. However, if you wish to
purchase multiple items from different members then you can use or online
facility to pay for all your items together.
To use our
online shopping click the 'add to cart' button
icon for the product you wish to
purchase. You can buy as many of the same item or different items from
various members. Each time you add an item a separate page will appear
(from our secure server). You may be asked if you wish to view
non secure items click ok as this is only the product viewing area; You are not
submitting any personal details at this stage. You can return to the web
site to continue shopping at any time. You can also remove an item or
change the quantity of a product during the shopping process by
simply amending the quantity amount. i.e. to remove an item select 0 in
the quantity box. Remember to click the 'update cart' link if you make any
changes to the quantities. When you are happy with your choice
proceed to check out and you will be directed to PayPal *;
fill in your details for delivery, credit card or paypal payments.
*You do not need to have a Paypal account to
use the online shopping facility.
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of cleared
payment, unless stated otherwise. Please allow up to 7 days for all U.K.
deliveries.
If you are placing a large order then please
e-mail your
requirements for a postal discount, I will contact you with a combined
delivery charge before you
commit to buy.
Ordering

Post
If you are
not happy with submitting credit card details etc over the internet then
don't panic we also accept cheque and postal orders via post. To send
payment via post i.e. cheque / postal order please print out
your shopping cart direct or print out our blank order form. You can order as many items as you wish from different
crafters using the same order form.
We accept cheque or crossed postal order made payable to
Emma Brown, we
advise you not to send cash / uncrossed postal order unless by registered
post. Please post all orders to:

4AR.
(Please note that this is a postal address for our online business only,
private callers by appointment only.)
If you wish to pay direct to a
member via cheque / postal order, please print out our members
order form.
Our online
shopping service is provided by paypal and all credit card details etc are
handled by their secure server. We are only forwarded address details for
delivery purposes. We do not have access to credit card details or paypal
payment details. Your information is not stored on the internet or any
publicly accessible computer system. If you have any doubts or queries
then please do not hesitate to contact either ourselves or paypal.
Most of our members
who accept direct payment also use paypal as there preferred means
of payment.
Cookies
If you have
any problems accessing the shopping basket then this may be due to your
cookies being disabled. The shopping cart requires cookies set on medium
or enabled so as to store information on your hard drive for the duration
of your stay on our site only ( i.e. it stores items you have added to
your cart so as to view them in basket)
If you have
checked your cookies and you are still having problems accessing the
on-line shopping, try changing your browser to outlook. If you are still
experiencing problems then please contact us

Replacement/Refund Policy
Please note that not all
members may conform to the following policies - please check members
profile before ordering
Replacement /
refund will be made if the item is defective.
We don't take responsibilities if the item is damaged by buyer's improper
operation.
Buyers must request their replacement / refund within 14 days after the
item was purchased.
Buyers are required to return the items for replacement / refund.
Buyers are responsible for return postages cost.
The item must be returned with its original package before the replacement
/ refund is approved.
We don't
take responsibilities if the returned item is lost when being sent
back.
The replacement / refund will be provided as soon as we confirm the
arrival of returned items.
Refunds will be made for item cost only, not the postage costs
Commissions, personalized, made to order items and earrings are non refundable.
